Just bought a 4100, was curious if the price is in line. Have enjoyed this site only for a short while, very informative. 4100 HST, DSCV, Turf, 413 rotary cutter, 5 weights and a 48" befco box scrape. $12,890??? Thanks for your input as I am new to this market.

Rick T, sounds to me like you made out quite well. Just for the record what tires did you get, and do you have shear pin or slip clutch and chains on that rotary cutter. You can see some on line prices at this web site ....

Sounds like a great price to me. Maybe location is a factor. I live in Northern VA and shopped 3 JD dealers that are in my area. I paid $17,300 delivered with tax. This was for a new 4100, automatic transmision with 410 loader, turf tires with ballast and 60" belly mower. This was the best price I could get. ....
